Frank and his team offered sage advice at each step, many suggestions for improvement, and brought the project in under cost. They resolved any issues in a timely manner and relieved us of much of the stress of building a house. Frank constantly reviewed costs, always looking for ways to trim costs without sacrificing quality so we got the best bang for the buck. "Complete new master bath with curb-less shower; went down to the studs and re-insulated and removed huge tub. New mantle in living room. All new flooring: hardwood majority with some tile. Painted nearly all walls, ceilings, and woodwork and replaced all baseboards with 5 inch boards. Removed the florescent lighting in kitchen using one the Houzz ideas---many compliments. Repaired front door and refitted and updated the hardware. Repaired the pull-down stairway.

Absolutely the best. It was pretty clear that Frank Shelton main focus was meeting the needs of our family. He completed our home, on time and on budget.
