During the planning and design phase, we manage the project from plans and preliminary design, through interior design and final touches. As custom home builders we are present and involved in the plan meetings and review each set of revisions with a builder’s eye. Knowing the current costs associated with all building materials and labor we maximize the plan to fit your budget and provide a ballpark estimate on the preliminary set of plans before they are finalized. After we have your approval on the final plan we enter into a competitive bidding process and provide you with a number to take to the lender that is based on hard quotes and not allowances and estimates.
